"I was very lucky to have done my Certificate 3 in Tourism during 2006/2007 under the guidance of Austin who I found to be an amazing, understanding and very encouraging mentor throughout my time in the classroom. I enjoyed every moment in class and due to his sharing of his knowledge I now have a great insight into the world of travel.
Austin lead me down the right path to finding my full time position within the travel industry, and I feel I would not have been given this chance at this company without his help.
Austin is very experienced in the industry and he made my fellow class mates and I feel very comfortable within the classroom and excited about what we would be learning about next.
I made amazing friendships in the time I was at the Adelaide Hospitality & Tourism School, everyone including the other teachers at the school were fantastic.
I call Austin a friend as he is always interested in seeing if I'm doing well within my new position, I am very lucky to have had such an amazing teacher and mentor.
Doing this course was the best thing I have done for my future, I would not hesitate in recommending this course to anyone who may be interested in a career in the travel industry, and they too will have the opportunity to be taught by one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry."

Catherine Charlton, Bunnik Travel (Certificate III in Tourism - International Retail Travel Sales) 2008
"Choosing to pursue a career in tourism was a great decision; choosing to study at Adelaide Hospitality & Tourism School under the guidance of Austin was an even better decision.
Austin has the ability to relate to all students young and old and will go out of his way to ensure that everyone feels comfortable within the classroom and confident with the work load. Austin has been in the tourism industry for quite a long time and he kept the lessons interesting by including his own experiences giving the students a good idea of what to expect in the industry.
Austin is extremely considerate and will ensure that all students get the most out of the course; he will encourage and help you find employment even after the course has finished.
I would recommend Certificate III in Tourism with Austin to anyone who wants to pursue a career in tourism and especially anyone who wants to get the most out of studying."
Lauren Scherr (Certificate II in Hospitality - Operations) 2008
"The Adelaide Hospitality & Tourism School has been fulfilling and enlightening in all aspects. As enjoyable as learning can be, I've actually found participating in the Certificate II course more interesting than I would have thought. Along with a relaxed atmosphere, sociable classmates, up to date information, job prospects, common hospitality knowledge and having lecturers teach the classes with lenghty backgrounds in their field, gave a true perspective of what goes on in the industry. Although I'm not a fan of early starts, its well worth the certificate acquired at the end! I'm glad I stumbled on the advert in the newspaper; I pursued the course and hope it will help me on the track to my goal of a career in hospitality. I'd definitely recommend this school to others and I've no doubt that they would gain the same fulfillment as I have."

"I completed my Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations) recently and have now decided to continue my studies by pursuing the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management. The units I have completed so far have given me an invaluable practical and theoretical understanding of the hospitality industry and have helped me update my skills and knowledge for use in my workplace.
The course information was excellent. All study materials and workbooks were up to date and highly relevant to my day-to-day work within the industry. The course has helped me to advance myself in my current role and has opened doors for me to work in different areas like gaming, conferences and functions.
Throughout my studies at your school I have found the educational staff always willing to help with any questions or problems I have had with the workload. The assistance that I have received from both Kristy and Austin has been exceptional. I want to personally thank you for your assistance in helping me achieve my Certificate III in Hospitality and I look forward to working with Austin in achieving my Advanced Diploma."

Gao Qi (Gladys), Zhejiang province, China (Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management) 2008
"The good thing about the Adelaide Hospitality & Tourism School is that it is right in the centre of the city which is really convenient. The teachers have really helped me to improve my English and I enjoy chatting with them. We have had many opportunities to speak and practice our grammar and I have really benefited from the skills and experience of the teachers. The small class sizes are another good point because each student gets more individual attention from the teachers. I like coming to school each day."
