SITHFAB012A - Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee.
By responding to industry requests to provide the market place with quality trained coffee making staff, we have introduced this popular and relevant course. The coffee making process and variety of coffees available is vast and diverse. Our qualified and talented facilitators will inspire you to make coffee with confidence and enthusiasm. This course is recommended for those who have limited or no experience other than consuming the product.
This course covers:
* How to Make Great Coffee
* Selecting and Grinding
* Extracting Espresso
* Texturing Milk
* Organising and Preparing the Work Area
* Cleaning and Maintaining Espresso Machines
A Statement of Attainment will be issued on successful completion of the course.
Course duration: 1 day (9.30am to 4.00pm)
Cost: $250.00 per person
($160.00 in combination with any other course of 2 or more days duration)
